Zenitron Technologies
Our Heritage & Engineering Vision

Zenitron Technologies Kft. was established in Budapest with a clear mission: to combine decades of engineering know-how with Hungary’s strategic position in the European battery ecosystem.
Building on the 20-year legacy of AIM Energy and BATKON Battery, we are not just moving operations - we are creating a new hub for local, European-made battery management electronics. By leveraging our deep expertise in battery management systems and industrial IoT, Zenitron designs and manufactures indigenous, high-reliability solutions right here in Hungary. We bridge the gap between a rich history of hardware innovation and the future of sustainable energy in Europe.
Products & Solutions

"SBMS" designed to support "parallel or series" master-slave structures. Single board support lithium cells up to 16 series and the cell block temperatures with 4 NTC temperature sensors and "Passive Balancing " feature on the board like others. SBMS supports Isolated CAN and RS485 serial interfaces to communicate with other slave or master SBMS boards. Each board has embedded Wi-Fi web server feature to enable users access to SBMS for monitoring, parameter management and firmware update. Serial structured strings supports 100-1300VDC HV battery systems

BMSlion
Battery Management System
Product Family

"GBMS", designed to support 12-48VDC Low Voltage applications. It contains circuits that can measure the voltages of lithium cells up to 16 series and the cell block temperatures with 3-8 NTC temperature sensors. With the " Passive Balancing " feature on the board, it can balance the cell voltages of the pack by discharging the cells whose voltage is higher than the others by drawing current up to 350mA.GBMS supports Isolated CAN or RS485 serial interfaces to communicate other devices. Board has embedded Wi-Fi web server feature to enable users access to GBMS for monitoring, parameter management and firmware update.

"FBMS", designed to support 72-110VDC applications in single BMS board. It supports lithium cells up to 17-32 series and the cell block temperatures with 8 NTC temperature sensors. FBMS can be used for 72VDC mini Battery Electrical Vehicle, 80VDC Forklift, 96VDC marine and 110VDC Electricity Distribution UPS applications. Board supports Isolated CAN or RS485 serial interface to communicate with other devices. Board has embedded Wi-Fi web server feature to enable users access to FBMS for monitoring, parameter management and firmware update.

LAR-24
24VDC Lithium UPS for Grid Network

The motors of the "Load Switchgear" systems, which enable the energy connections to be directed within the "Transformer Substations" (TS), which is an important unit for the Electricity Distribution Networks, are fed 24V DC. "Battery Backed up-Rectifier" systems are positioned in TS sites as DC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) so that the DC energy feeding the Load Switchgear Cells is not cut off during AC Energy routings.

Thanks to the wide operating temperature range of lithium batteries and their 5-6 times longer cycle life compared to VRLA batteries, LAR-24 systems have been designed to eliminate all the problems experienced in VRLA battery backed up DC UPS systems. LAR-24 systems include Lithium Battery Management Systems and Smart Lithium Battery Charging systems developed by Zenitron Technologies. Breaker Cell, SCADA and Backup systems are fed by LAR-24 with 24 VDC with separate fuse protections. The charge rectifier in the system contains high-tech power electronics in the “Switched Mode Power Supply” ( SMPS ) structure with > 90% efficiency, supporting Active PFC and providing > 0.95 power factor.

LAR-24 systems are designed not only as a battery power backup system, but also as “On-Net” remotely monitored/managed systems to support Internet of Things (IoT) and SCADA protocols. Thanks to the Ethernet TCP/IP interface module (UNA) on the system, it can be monitored/managed over the Internet/Intranet.

System has a visual interface with RGB LED MIMIC diagram and 2x16 ch LCD Display. LAR-24 system also has Wi-Fi interface with embedded Web server. Device dashboard can be accessible with web browser to observe device status and parameter settings. Any desktop or mobile device such as smart phone, tablet or notebook PC can be used to access LAR-24 Wi-Fi Access Point SSID.

In terms of backward compatibility with the old VRLA based systems in the sites, LAR-24 systems also have “dry contact alarm” outputs. In this way, alarm conditions such as AC fuse status, Rectifier failure, Battery weak, Phase failure etc. can be transmitted to SCADA systems with relay dry contacts. In addition, existing SCADA systems can be connected to protocols such as RS-485 MODBUS or Ethernet MODBUS /TCP, Ethernet MQTT. IEC 60870-5-104 over TCP/IP “Telecontrol Network Access” SCADA protocol and SNMP protocols can also be added to the system as needed.
